Introduced February 10, 2011 by Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-TX).  The bill would do two things:  (1) repeal the prescription requirement added by the Affordable Care Act (law health reform law) for tax-free reimbursement of over-the-counter medicines from HSAs, HRAs, and FSAs; and, (2) repeal the $2,500 annual limit on health FSA contributions.
